超前導線上插畫串連行動，徵求你的後疫情時代正向創意

雖然因為疫情，我們彼此保持著社交距離，看似遙遠，卻藉著科技的幫助讓心更緊密了。

或許這是一個過程，要我們學習，像是我們感受時間一樣，時時刻刻的計算都不能追回過去或是追上未來，而當下又隨即流逝，讓我們不斷學習珍惜眼前的人或物。

In a time of pandemic, we may be physically distanced, but emotionally, we’re closer than ever with the help of technology. Perhaps what this pandemic has taught us is about time. We can not turn back the clock nor can we go into the future, but we have the power to live in the present and cherish every moment and every person in your life.

這次的串連由駁二藝術特區及插畫家CROTER洪添賢發起，邀請熱愛創作的你我，一同用插畫的正面能量，鼓勵在疫情之下依然努力奮戰的人們！

The Event is initiated by the illustrator Croter and the Pier-2 Art Center, inviting creative people to use illustration to encourage people striving to fight in what will be an ongoing battle against COVID-19.

期望大家集結各自的插畫風格、手法表現鼓勵更多人來投入串連，我們漸漸理解這個必須與病毒共存的世界，在防疫的日常中，透過插畫的正向力場，對彼此遞出溫暖關心，一起來共同抗疫。

Participate in and create unique illustrations that bring hope to people. The coronavirus won’t go away and we will probably be living with it. Let’s think outside of the box and find creative ways to help people to cope in a dark time and to provide warm comforting support amid the COVID-19, so we will no longer live in fear of it.

1. 參與作品需為原創作品。若經發現為非原創作品，將取消參與資格並取消作品上傳。若因剽竊或抄襲引發知識產權糾紛，本平台依相關規定辦理，參賽者須自行承擔法律後果。
2. 參與者個人資料僅供活動聯絡、身份確認使用，不另作其他用途。
3. 本活動因故無法進行時，保有隨時修正、暫停或終止活動之權利。
4. 本串連為免費公益性質，希望於疫情下帶給社會正面力量，未經許可，不得用於其他商業用途。
5. 以上參與說明，一旦參與本次串連，則視同同意簡章內容之相關規定。

1. Each entry must be an original work. The Pier-2 Art Center has the sole right to dis-qualify any entrant for violation of these terms. All creative works are entitled to intellectual property protection. Any infringement should be handled in accord-ance with applicable law. The entrant shall be held responsible for all legal liabilities.
2. Personal data will primarily be used for contact and identity verification only.
3. If the Event is cancelled or terminated for any reason, we reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue the Event at any time, without notice and in our sole discretion.
4. This Event is a cause-related activity and hopes to share positive energy with eve-ryone in the world during the COVID-19 pandemic. The illustrations should not be used for commercial profit without permission.
5. Submission to this Event constitutes an agreement on the part of the entrant to the conditions set forth in this prospectus.
